1. Who we are

These terms apply to your use of kuru-safaris.com (the "site") and the games on it, provided by Kuru Safaris ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can play

The site is for people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. We ask you to confirm this when you arrive and when you sign up. If you are under 18, or outside the UK, you must not use the site. We may ask you to prove your age and may close accounts that don't meet these rules.

3. Free to play, virtual coins

• The site and all its games are free to play. There is nothing to buy and we never ask for payment details.
• Coins, XP, levels and ranks are virtual items for fun only. They have no cash value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged, and can't be won back as money or prizes.
• There are no prizes of money or real-world value. Doing well in a free game doesn't mean you'd do well in real-money gambling.
• We may change the amount of free coins, bonuses and rewards at any time, and may reset or correct balances that were awarded by mistake.

4. Your account

• You need an account to play. Give us true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Please don't share your account or use someone else's.
• After several wrong password tries an account is locked for 15 minutes to keep it safe.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page, or by asking us through the contact form.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or try to change your coins, XP or level in any way other than playing normally;
• try to break, probe or overload the site, or get into other people's accounts or our systems;
• copy, scrape, resell or re-publish our games, art or code;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Our games and content

All the games, artwork, code, text and branding on the site are made by or for us and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may play the games for your own personal enjoyment, but you may not copy or reuse them.

7. Availability

We work to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or remove games and features at any time.

8. Our responsibility

The site and games are provided "as is". We don't exclude or limit liability for anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, because the site is free and virtual items have no cash value, we are not liable for loss of coins, XP, levels or progress, or for indirect or unforeseen losses.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the site whenever you like. We may close or suspend your account if you break these terms or if we have to by law. If your account is closed, your coins, XP and level are lost.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if you keep using the site after a change you accept the new terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we can't sort out a disagreement, the courts of England and Wales can decide it, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts.
