Keep itfun.
Free play is still play. Here's how to keep it light, and where to turn if it stops being fun.

Playing well
- Watch the clock. The session timer in the bar at the bottom of every page shows how long you've been here.
- Take breaks. Step away every so often. Stretch, have a drink and come back later.
- Set a limit before you start, like thirty minutes, and stick to it.
- Play for fun, not to cheer yourself up, escape stress or fill every spare moment.
- Don't play when you're tired, upset or have been drinking.
- Remember it's not real. Doing well in a free game doesn't predict how you'd do in real-money gambling, and free play shouldn't push you towards it.
Signs to stop and talk
- Playing for much longer than you meant to
- Feeling restless or low when you aren't playing
- Skipping sleep, work, study or time with people to play
- Thinking about gambling with real money, or doing it
